The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access:

- Spamming or distribution of illegal/harmful content.
- Abusive behavior toward other users or staff.
- Violation of intellectual property rights belonging to JJTRADERNY LLC or third parties.
3. Subscriptions and Commissions
- Plans: Available tiers include Free, Pro, Premium, and Commercial.
- Sales Commission: A standard 15% + $0.30 fee applies per successful transaction.
- Escrow Protection: All payments are held in our secure system to ensure safety for both buyers and sellers.
4. Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish and for ensuring their business practices comply with local and international laws.
5. Suspension & Termination
JJTRADERNY LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or system abuse without prior notice.

3. Suscripciones y Comisiones
- Planes: Los niveles disponibles incluyen Free, Pro, Premium y Commercial.
- Comisión por Venta: Se aplica una tarifa estándar del 15% + $0.30 por transacción exitosa.
- Protección Escrow: Todos los pagos se mantienen en nuestro sistema seguro para garantizar la seguridad de compradores y vendedores.
4. Responsabilidades
Los usuarios son los únicos responsables de la veracidad de la información que publican y de garantizar que sus prácticas comerciales cumplan con las leyes locales e internacionales.
5. Suspensión y Terminación
JJTRADERNY LLC se reserva el derecho de suspender o eliminar cuentas por violaciones a estos términos, sospecha de fraude o abuso del sistema sin previo aviso.
